Access prohibition safety signs
The Health & Safety (Safety Signs and Signals) Regulations 1996 details that Access prohibition safety signs must be displayed to prohibit certain behaviour and access to certain areas. Most workplaces have areas to which access needs to be restricted to ensure safety for employees and visitors. Employers should display clear signs to inform of restricted areas, minimise risk and ensure safety procedures are followed.
Restricted access signs increase security and limit liability.
Access prohibition safety signs are used to restrict admittance
These can limit access to areas housing dangerous machinery or identify hazardous areas. Access may be restricted to only those wearing the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), permits to work or clean room requirements.
We offer a selection of access signs that provide visual guidance to visitors, employees and members of the public.
Please let us know if cannot find the sign you need and we will add it.
